These Terms of Use govern your use of ZOUBA. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
The service
ZOUBA helps you organize travel ideas, itineraries, maps, exports, and AI-assisted suggestions. Travel conditions change. Always verify schedules, prices, entry requirements, weather, opening hours, and safety information with official sources.
Subscriptions and free trials
Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and billing period shown in the app apply at purchase. If a free trial is offered, payment begins when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
User Content
You retain ownership of itinerary text, notes, and media you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, sync, export, and improve the requested service. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to use it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use automated means to abuse rate limits or third-party services.
AI output and travel decisions
AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect and is provided as planning assistance, not professional, legal, medical, immigration, or safety advice. You remain responsible for travel decisions and bookings.
Account termination
You may delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, ZOUBA is not liable for indirect losses, missed transportation, booking changes, third-party failures, or decisions based on inaccurate travel information.
